CUPRA has partnered with Vichy Catalan to add another sense to the brand’s experience: “The Taste of CUPRA”. The new drink blends the spicy boost of ginger, the acidic zest of lime, and the unique naturally carbonated mineral water from Vichy Catalan. The unconventional refreshment is free from alcohol and added sugars and low calories -containing only the naturally occurring sugars from the fruit- and crafted with natural ingredients, making it suitable for any moment and ideal for a Mediterranean lifestyle.
The CUPRA drink was unveiled today at the CUPRA City Garage Madrid during an immersive tasting event. Media from the worlds of gastronomy, wellness, and lifestyle, along with content creators, gathered to enjoy a tasting experience led by Santi Rivas (Colectivo Decantado), a renowned critic and content creator renowned for his expertise in tastings and pairings. He provided an in-depth explanation of the ingredients and offered a selection of serving suggestions, ensuring an experience that transcended mere taste.

What does CUPRA taste like? “The Taste of CUPRA” is the representation of the challenger spirit and unique style that defines us, all captured in a refreshing drink”, said Cécilia Taïeb, CUPRA global director of communications. “We are proud to collaborate with Vichy Catalan, another brand from Barcelona renowned for its unique naturally carbonated mineral water, which enables us to create unconventional products”, she added.

The CUPRA drink is now available for purchase in Spain at the Vichy Catalan online shop, at CUPRA City Garages and CASA SEAT, where it will be part of the menu of the Gastronomic Space, and in a selection of department stores. It will also be served at 1881 hotels, the Vichy Catalan Corporation hotel business. Additionally, the CUPRA drink will be offered to all attendees at CUPRA events.

This collaboration marks an historic milestone as it is the first time Vichy Catalan has partnered with an automotive brand to create a product. Beyond the beverage, the collaboration symbolises the unity of two brands that inspire the world from their hometown, Barcelona. Vichy Catalan’s design is inspired by the iconic works of Antoni Gaudí, while CUPRA, known as an unconventional challenger brand, also places a strong emphasis on design and emotions.
